Job Bid is a revolutionary patent pending system that accurately and efficiently matches candidates with employers based on experience, availability and other preferences and conditions. Candidates matching a job's requisite skills are able to submit an hourly bid rate for which they are willing to work that job. Employers are able to proactively search the Job Bid database for candidate matching their criteria and invite them to bid on a job or bypass the bidding process and send them a direct offer.
Job Bid is used by professionals interested in finding shift, part time or full time work in the Healthcare industry and by employers looking to hire them.
Registered candidates are dynamically matched against employer posted job openings based upon a wide array of criteria.
Once a candidate is matched against an open job, the candidate can submit their hourly bid rate for that position.
Yes, anyone with a valid email address can become a member of Job Bid.
Candidates may become members and use the system free of charge.
Employers are billed a registration fee and are billed for each hour a Job Bid candidate works for them.

Of course. All information gathered by Job Bid is for internal use only and will never be shared or sold to any third party.
Yes. Your email address (which will also be your username) is used to not only establish an account during the initial registration process, but each time you log into the system.
Besides doubling as your username, an email account is most often the preferred method for employers and Job Bid administrators to communicate with you. If you do not have an email account, try signing up with a free email service provider such as Hotmail or Yahoo Mail.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive a confirmation / activation email, please check for the following problems: Have you provided your correct email address? Depending on your email provider and their security settings, the confirmation email may have been delayed for security purposes. Please make sure Job Bid is on your “safe list” and off your spam list. Have you allowed ample time for the receipt of the confirmation email? Depending on internet traffic, emails may take anywhere from 1 minute to 24 hours to arrive (although this is very rare).
There are no limitations on the number of jobs you can bid on.
The employer that you fill a job for will issue your paycheck(s) depending on their internal payroll practices.

Registering your hospital or organization on Job Bid is rather simple, and takes only a minute or so. Once you do register, however, for security purposes, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your request for membership. Once this has taken place, you will immediately be granted full access to the site and be able to use Job Bid in its entirety. To register, click on the "Register" button on the home page's Employer section or click here to begin the registration process.
In order to maintain the integrity of the system, Job Bid seeks to confirm that new registration requests are valid. In addition, Job Bid must ensure that the employer's Payroll department is setup to accept Job Bid candidates.
Once registration is confirmed, you will be notified that your account has been activated.
Jobs can be posted up to two (2) years prior to the start date.
Yes. Job Bid offers two tiers of verification. A simple Verification determines the validity of the candidate through an administrative check, while a more intense and thorough Background Check validates a full array of information, ranging from educational background, previous employment, reference checks and criminal checks. Both services are competitively priced and are available upon your request.
You may post as many jobs as you like.
Yes. There is a registration fee that allows you to post unlimited jobs and search for the right candidates to fill those positions. In addition, Job Bid charges a 15% royalty fee on the total income a Job Bid candidate earns while working at your establishment. (This is billed on a montly basis). Employee Verifications are $20 each. There are additional fees for Background Checks. Fees will vary depending on how many and what types of checks you desire.
